Guangzhou Supplier Matching
YIFA PLAZA helps international buyers compare Guangzhou cosmetics manufacturers by category, order size, development route, packaging, sampling and available documentation. The result is a focused shortlist, not an unfiltered supplier list.
We translate one written sourcing brief into a shortlist of relevant Guangzhou suppliers. The purpose is not to send more factory names. It is to narrow the field to suppliers whose category experience, order size, customization route and documentation are reasonably aligned with the project.
Supplier matching
Every project has different risks. A suitable stock-product wholesaler may not be the right partner for a custom formula, and a capable skincare factory may not be equipped for a complex makeup shade range.
Legal entity, operating role, facility information and the party responsible for the quotation and contract.
Relevant product formats, formulation or component knowledge and examples of comparable production work.
MOQ, number of SKUs, shade count, packaging quantities and the buyer’s expected order pattern.
Available base formulas, custom-development scope, sample charges and realistic approval rounds.
Approved sample, written specification, production controls and inspection arrangements for the order.
Named holder, issuing body, validity and whether the document applies to the selected facility or product.
A useful shortlist
Supplier selection should begin with the sales plan. A new brand testing one SKU needs a different route from a distributor launching twenty shades or a retailer developing a regional range. Price matters, but it is only meaningful when the quotation uses the same formula, fill volume, component, decoration and quality assumptions.
We ask buyers to define the non-negotiable parts of the project first. The remaining choices can then be adjusted to improve MOQ, lead time or cost. For example, keeping a stock pump while customizing the bottle color may be more workable than developing an entirely new component.
Buyers planning formula or packaging development should also review the OEM/ODM process. Buyers still deciding on a category can start with the product sourcing directory.
Evidence, not labels
A business licence, facility certificate or audit report is useful evidence, but none proves that every product is suitable for every market.
Buyer questions
YIFA PLAZA is a physical beauty-industry marketplace and sourcing platform, not one single factory. It helps buyers identify and compare suitable manufacturers, merchants and packaging specialists.
The review starts with business identity and category fit, then looks at formula or production capability, MOQ, sampling, packaging, lead time and the scope of available documents.
No blanket verification covers every product or destination. Supplier and document checks must be tied to the selected product, facility and market requirement.
Visits may be coordinated for relevant projects, subject to supplier availability and confirmation. Share the category and intended schedule before planning travel.
Include the product, quantity, target market, packaging, customization and documents you need. We will review the brief and identify a suitable sourcing route.
